TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON EACH SALE
WARRANTY:
-> All NNB(New-No-Box), NIB(New-In-Box), and most of the used parts we are selling comes with 14-days money back guarantee as implied in the description.
-> All parts that are sold AS-IS have no warranty and thus no returns will be accepted as specified in the description.
SHIPPING:
For whatever shipping method, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT PHONE NUMBER, as we will not be be liable for returned items.
DHL (standard shipping)
-> For your peace of mind, all our items are shipped via DHL, 2 to 4 days to most international destinations. Tracking will be provided once shipped.
AIR PARCEL (low cost shipping)
-> For items weighing 2kg or less and are not time sensitive, air parcel might be good alternative to reduce shipping cost.
-> Please be advised that air parcel shipment from our location normally takes 15 to 20 working days.
-> You will receive a tracking number and mailing receipt as proof of shipping once item had been shipped out.
-> The tracking number to be provided can be tracked online on www.usps.com for US clients once it entered US customs, for other countries - please check your local post website.
-> For whatever shipping method, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT PHONE NUMBER, as we will not be be liable for returned items.
SHIPPING (FEDEX/UPS):
-> There may be reasons that you may want to use Fedex/UPS charge to your account, well it is also possible.
-> Please inform us that you want to use your own courier account RIGHT AFTER you made the purchase.
PAYMENTS:
-> We accept paypal and wire transfer payments only
-> For wire transfer payments, additional bank charges of USD30 per transaction will be shouldered by the buyer (to be added on total amount due).
-> Cheque payments will take us very long to clear and so can not be accepted in any of our listings.
REFUNDS:
-> Refunds can be applied for items that carry our warranty.
-> Item should be returned in the original condition when received.
-> Return shipping shall be at the buyers expense
-> Refund shall be made on the same paypal account made for payment, less 20% restocking fee.
-> Any signs of tampering shall make the warranty null and void.
